The hotel is at very good location. If i remember right, the main train station is 20 min walk, similar with the old city and the main square. Having a balcony was also quite nice. All in all, I have no objections. Good pick if you arrive with the train and want just to explore around on foot (or using the train to explore the tourist locations in the area around Krakow) without using public transport inside the city. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable in overall. The hotel itself offers breakfasts, but there are plenty of opportunities to grab something to eat in the morning along the way wherever you might go. Plenty of shops/groceries around that allow you to buy something even quite late at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary drink and croissants when we checked in. There was also complimentary mineral water/tea/coffee in the room. The rooms are nice, nicely decorated, and have very nice air conditioning which can be controlled by each room individually. The location is good, within walking distance of old town, and close to some tram stops. The hotel breakfast was also good, and there is a nice patio location to sit outside as well. The cleaning staff were also all very friendly.

In addition, there was also free water/tea/coffee in each room. The location is good, within walking distance of the old town, and close to some tram stations. I know that you can also include breakfast for an additional price. The rooms are nice and so comfortable. But it was not very quiet in the room and you can hear the neighbors...

The first room we had was street side that’s noisy but after that we moved to another room and that was better. We had the balcony room which had lovely views and was really silent..The location is good, just 20 minute walk to the city centre, we didn’t have the need to use public transport (we love walking and look around). We definitely recommend this place to stay in Krakow.
